About the company
We’re two experience entrepreneurs with multiple exits in B2B services, Software, and Media growing a small bundle of podcasts (4–6 active shows) focused on marketing, productivity, and entrepreneurship. Our mission is to build “digital gravity” around our personal brands—driving audience growth, trust, and inbound opportunities. We’re seeking an ambitious marketer to join as a Media Lead Apprentice who will learn directly from us while leading content repurposing and subscriber growth.
Why This Role Matters
Your work will be central to expanding our reach across podcasts, newsletters, and social media. We’ll provide high-level strategy and weekly mentorship, but you will be the hands-on driver—coordinating day-to-day content tasks, turning raw podcast episodes into micro-clips, driving newsletter sign-ups, and nurturing partnerships.

What You’ll Do
Podcast Support (Light Editing, Guest Management, + Distribution)
Use Descript for minimal editing (heavy A/V work is farmed out to pro editors).
Prepare episodes for publishing: draft show notes, create episode titles, manage podcast feeds.
Coordinate with guests (scheduling, confirmations) and handle any follow-ups.
Content Repurposing & Social Media
Own all repurposing: turn podcast episodes and YouTube interviews into bite-sized clips, social posts, and mini blog posts.
Schedule and upload content across YouTube, LinkedIn, Spotify,
Keep an eye on trends and best practices to maximize reach (e.g., strategic hashtags, SEO, short-form hooks).
Audience Growth & Partnerships
Run outbound
Perform social outreach (DMs, comment engagement) to secure partnerships or cross-promotions.
Collaborate with our in-house automation team for advanced workflows,
Newsletter &
Draft weekly or bi-weekly newsletters, repurposing top insights from the podcasts and interviews.
Experiment with strategies (cross-promotion, lead magnets, or collaborations) to boost open rates and subscriber count.
Metrics & Reporting
Track weekly KPIs: newsletter subs, total reach, engagement, and meetings booked.
Present data insights—what’s working, what’s not—and propose new ideas or improvements.
Help refine our playbook over time.
Daily Collaboration & Mentorship
Meet with founders in daily standups/slack chats to align on content priorities, tasks, and any blockers.
Participate in weekly mentor meetings for personalized coaching on strategy, marketing, and entrepreneurship.
Apply the same playbook to build your personal brand, honing skills as you go.
Who You Are
Aspiring Content & Marketing Pro
You’re energized by new media—podcasts, YouTube, social content. You might not be a pro video editor, but you love rolling up your sleeves to create, test, and refine.
Entrepreneurial Spirit
You see this apprenticeship as a launch pad to become our full-on Content Strategist, eventually running a productized version of this service within 6–18 months as CEO or Head of Operations.

What's in it for you?

Salary: Competitive base pay (exact figure negotiable) plus performance-based bonuses tied to audience growth & meetings booked
