We are seeking an experienced **Media Design and Video Editor** to join our team. This role involves creating high-quality, engaging video and graphic content for social media, webinars, live videos, and marketing campaigns. You’ll need to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, repurpose content effectively, and contribute to achieving KPIs while ensuring cohesive messaging and alignment with brand guidelines across all platforms.
### Key Responsibilities:
- Edit video content for platforms like **YouTube** (short and long), **Instagram**, and **IG/Meta Reels**.
- Write scripts, develop storyboards, and implement storytelling techniques.
- Enhance footage with graphics, animations, captions, special effects, music, and audio improvements.
- Design thumbnails and media graphics for
- Repurpose existing content to suit various platforms while maintaining consistency.
- Use tools such as **Opus Clips** to optimize content for different formats.
- Conduct **A/B split testing** to analyze performance and improve content effectiveness.
- Ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all platforms and content types.
- Troubleshoot issues, ensure quality assurance, and evaluate performance metrics to suggest improvements.
### Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience and a strong track record in video editing, post-production, and media design.
- Expertise in tools like Adobe Final Cut Pro, Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and similar software.
- Familiarity with tools like **Opus Clips** and split testing methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of motion graphics, sound effects, and social media platform design.
- Excellent organizational, time management, communication, and teamwork skills.
