Summary
The Media Concierge is responsible for coordinating with clients to confirm schedules and services, maximizing exposure for clients and their brand, and ensuring satisfaction with the deliverables. This includes contacting clients 1 to 2 business days before the booking, and within 24 to 48 hours after the media has been delivered. The Media Concierge must understand all services, understand the needs of real estate agents to market their listings, and provide strategic recommendations to ensure success for clients. The Media Concierge must be able to serve clients professionally, and with industry knowledge of both real estate and listing media.
Responsibilities
• Confirm bookings 1 to 2 business days prior to the scheduled booking.
• Paying close attention to property details and the media services being provided.
• Explain the services being provided and confirm the services are adequate for the property.
• Provide strategic recommendations to maximize client's exposure.
• Perform follow-ups to encourage review submissions and Client Experience Survey's.
• Staying up-to-date with offerings, and with the needs of the market.
• Collaborating to improve the customer experience.
• Ability to multitask and work with multiple customers simultaneously.
• Should be able to identify opportunities to consolidate contact points by checking multiple bookings simultaneously for high volume clients.
• Participate in coaching and encouragement programs for continued success and improvement.
• Identify technology solutions for improving overall performance and quality.
