Facebook
, Tik Tok and Google Ads Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across both platforms to drive traffic, generate leads, and achieve business goals. Key responsibilities and qualifications include:
Responsibilities
• Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns on Facebook Ads and Google Ads platforms and Tik Tok
• Create and refine ad copy, visuals, and landing pages for improved performance
• Conduct keyword research and implement advanced audience targeting strategies
• Manage advertising budgets effectively and optimize for maximum ROI
• Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and campaigns
• Analyze campaign performance using platform-specific tools and Google Analytics
• Provide regular reports and data-driven insights to clients or management
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and platform updates
• Use AI for images, copy and also for optimizing ads.
Qualifications
• Proven experience managing Facebook , tik tok and Google Ads campaigns with measurable success
• Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, and Google Analytics, tik tok ads platform
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Experience with A/B testing, conversion optimization, and remarketing
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field (preferred)
• Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications (advantageous)
Required Skills
• In-depth knowledge of paid advertising strategies, formats, and performance metrics
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Familiarity with SEO principles and their relation to paid advertising
• Experience with large ad budgets (preferred)
Candidates should be passionate about digital marketing, adaptable to changes in the advertising landscape, and able to work collaboratively with marketing teams and clients
