JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Media Buyer – LinkedIn Ads Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of LinkedIn's advertising platform, be proficient in crafting and managing campaigns, and possess a strong ability to analyze performance metrics to optimize results. You will work closely with our marketing team to ensure our LinkedIn ad strategies align with client goals and deliver measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution:

Develop, implement, and manage LinkedIn advertising campaigns aligned with business objectives.
Research and identify target audiences, crafting tailored messaging and ad creatives to drive engagement.
Ad Creation & Optimization:

Create compelling ad copy, imagery, and video content designed for LinkedIn's audience.
Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to maximize performance.
Performance Monitoring & Analysis:

Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, and conversions).
Identify trends and insights to refine strategies and optimize campaigns for the best outcomes.
Budget Management:

Allocate and manage advertising budgets effectively to ensure optimal spend and ROI.
Regularly review spending patterns and adjust strategies to stay within budget while achieving targets.
Collaboration & Reporting:

Work closely with the content, design, and client success teams to align ad campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.
Provide clients and stakeholders with detailed performance reports and actionable recommendations.
Qualifications

Proven experience as a Media Buyer or Digital Marketing Specialist, with a focus on LinkedIn Ads.
In-depth knowledge of LinkedIn's advertising platform, including campaign types, targeting options, and bidding strategies.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in marketing tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
