Media Buyer – Home Improvement Industry (Part-Time, Remote)

Job Type: Part-Time (Up to 25 Hours/Week)
Compensation: $18 - $27 per hour (Based on Experience) | Fixed Monthly Rate Available
Location: Remote (Must Be Available During EST Business Hours)

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Media Buyer with a proven track record of managing and scaling paid ad campaigns with $150K+ monthly budgets. The ideal candidate is not only a master of paid media but also an expert copywriter who can craft compelling messaging that attracts high-quality customers who convert.
The perfect fit will have experience running ads for brick-and-mortar locations, ideally within the home improvement industry (Windows, Doors, Roofing, Siding, or Bathroom Replacements). You will work closely with our Marketing Manager, attending daily meetings, tracking performance, and optimizing campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.

Responsibilities:
? Manage & Optimize Paid Ad Campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, and TikTok.
? Develop High-Converting Ad Copy & Creatives that resonate with homeowners in the home improvement space.
? Create & Test Ad Variations (images, videos, headlines, descriptions, and CTAs) to improve conversion rates.
? Monitor KPIs & Performance Metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, Cost Per Lead, etc.) and make data-driven optimizations.
? Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop strategic advertising plans and campaigns.
? Analyze & Report on Campaign Performance with actionable insights.
? Stay Ahead of Industry Trends to implement the latest best practices for ad performance.
? Be Available During EST Business Hours for daily meetings and team collaboration.

Requirements:
? 5+ years of experience as a Media Buyer, managing ad budgets of $150K+ per month.
? Proven success in running ads for brick-and-mortar businesses (home improvement industry preferred).
? Expert-level copywriting skills with a strong understanding of persuasive ad messaging.
? Ability to create compelling ad creatives & videos for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Google Ads.
? Strong analytical skills to measure, track, and optimize performance.
? Fluent in English – both written and spoken.
? Experience working with teams remotely and attending daily strategy meetings.
? Must be available for questions & collaboration during EST work hours (9AM - 5PM EST).

Preferred Qualifications:
? Experience running ads for home services, contractors, or home improvement brands.
? Strong experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and YouTube Ads.
? Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing tools for ad creatives.
? Experience with marketing automation & CRM tools like HubSpot, HighLevel, or ClickFunnels.
