As a Media Buyer, you will be instrumental in navigating ever-evolving advertising trends, ensuring our clients achieve exceptional results. Your role will involve supporting content marketing initiatives, driving strategic performance marketing campaigns, and optimizing campaign outcomes through a "test & learn" approach. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and meticulous attention to detail are key to effectively managing multiple campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate across departments to align campaign strategies and organizational goals.
- Deliver actionable insights on campaign performance to key stakeholders.
- Proofread and review advertising materials before launching campaigns.
- Define, measure, and assess key media performance indicators.
- Track campaign metrics, such as views, click-through rates, engagements, and customer conversions, and present findings.
- Plan and execute media buys on various ad platforms, managing daily campaign activities.
- Manage overall paid media budgets.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research, ad grouping, and audience targeting.
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies.
- Utilize social media tools to enhance and sustain the company's brand.
- Create and share ad performance reports with stakeholders.
- Produce and share engaging daily content (e.g., original text, photos, videos, news).
- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics to enhance campaign performance.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure consistency in branding.
- Partner with marketing professionals to develop and execute social media campaigns.
- Engage with customers and stakeholders via social media accounts.
- Analyze digital marketing and social media strategies, identify weaknesses, and recommend improvements.
- Educate colleagues on social media practices and promote its effective use within the company.
Qualifications:
- Solid understanding of digital advertising strategies and concepts.
- At least 1 year of experience in media buying.
- Practical experience with platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
- Strong skills in data analysis and reporting, preferably with tools like Google Analytics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience working with programmatic advertising partners is a plus.
- Willingness to work the graveyard shift or prior experience with such shifts.
