Media Buyer | Facebook Ads Specialist

LOCATION: Remote

ABOUT US: We are a digital agency who specializes in Local Services/Home Improvement ( Solar, Roofs, Windows) seeking a highly skilled Media Buyer / FB Ads Specialist to join our team and contribute to our continued success.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Plan, create, and manage effective Facebook ad campaigns to meet client objectives
*Conduct thorough audience research and analysis to optimize targeting strategies
*Instruct our Digital Designers to create ad creatives that resonate with target audiences for your campaigns
*Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to maximize ROI


REQUIREMENTS:

*Proven experience in media buying, particularly with Meta Ads
*English communication skills with a clear accent and a reliable microphone
*Stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 50mbps
*Residence in an area with minimal power outage issues or access to backup power/internet solutions
*Experience with Zapier and GoHighLevel (a plus but not required)

DETAILS:

This is a full-time position, requiring availability from 9am to 5pm EST, Monday to Friday.

Starting salary of $6 /hr (53,000 - 54,000 PHP), subject to a 90-day performance review for salary increase.

Quarterly (90 day) Salary Increases: based on work performance meeting minimum standards

Bonus Structure: Bonus applied per Ad account you are responsible for and meets Acceptable KPI Standard.

PTO ( Paid Time Off): Holiday schedule for Paid time off will be disclosed, 14 Days PTO/year available for Full Time Employees
