Media Buyer & Account Manager for Home Service Lead Generation Agency

Job Description:
We are ServiceScale.ai, a fast-growing lead generation agency specializing in home service businesses (window cleaning, pressure washing, etc.). We are looking for a media buyer & account manager who can set up, optimize, and scale paid ad campaigns while maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

Facebook Ads management—launch, optimize, and scale campaigns for local service businesses
Bi-weekly client check-ins—conduct meetings, provide updates, and ensure client satisfaction
Media buying & strategy—test new creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies
communication—stay available for quick check-ins and client updates
Client retention & upselling—help clients see continued value and renew contracts

Requirements:
Full-time and part time positions
Proven Facebook experience—Ads must have a strong track record in lead generation
Fluent English—strong communication skills for client interactions
Data-driven mindset—must be comfortable analyzing campaign performance and making optimizations
Client-focused attitude—able to build trust and get clients to resign with us

Compensation:
