JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for an experienced Media Buyer to manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns for my insurance advisory practice. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and performance marketing, who knows how to drive high-quality leads while maintaining a strong return on ad spend (ROAS).

What I Am Offering
Competitive Pay: 800 SGD/month (full-time, 40 hours per week)
Performance Bonuses: Up to 200 SGD/month based on lead quality, conversion rates, and ad performance

What I Need From You
Proven experience in media buying and ad campaign management (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads)
Strong data analysis skills – ability to track, optimize, and scale campaigns based on performance metrics
Understanding of lead generation and strategies to attract high-intent prospects
Ability to create and test ad creatives that drive engagement and conversions
Experience in setting up and optimizing landing pages and ad funnels
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and tracking tools
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
Reliable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download/10 Mbps upload) and a professional home office setup

Your Daily Responsibilities

Ad Campaign Management
Launch, manage, and optimize paid ads on Facebook, Instagram, and Google
Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages
Optimize targeting, budget allocation, and bidding strategies for maximum ROAS

Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization
Develop strategies to attract qualified leads for the insurance industry
Analyze customer journey data to refine ad placements and content
Ensure seamless integration between ads, landing pages, and CRM

Performance Tracking & Reporting
Monitor key metrics (CPL, ROAS, CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate)
Generate weekly performance reports with actionable insights
Set up tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and custom events for accurate data tracking

Creative Strategy & Content Collaboration
Work with designers and copywriters to develop high-performing ad creatives
Research and implement ad trends, audience insights, and best practices
Stay updated with Facebook & Google algorithm changes and industry updates

Success in This Role Means
Consistently generating high-quality leads with a low cost per lead (CPL)
Achieving at least 3x ROAS on all campaigns
Increasing conversion rates through continuous testing and optimization
Scaling ad spend efficiently without diminishing lead quality
Keeping ad accounts compliant and avoiding bans or restrictions
