About This Role:
We seek a dynamic Media Buyer/Creative Strategist to drive our advertising and creative strategies. This role involves researching customer and creative insights, developing diversified ad assets, managing media buying, and optimizing ad performance. The ideal candidate will balance creativity with data-driven decision-making to enhance our ad spend efficiency and overall marketing effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct customer research to develop new customer avatars, ad angles, and pain points.
- Perform monthly market research for creative inspiration and references.
- Collaborate in weekly brainstorming sessions with the Social Media Manager to create ad concepts.
- Develop and produce diversified ad assets, including coordinating with UGC creators and in-house image creation.
- Create 1 concept per funnel each week with 5 ads per concept.
- Manage day-to-day media buying tasks, including uploading new ads weekly and monitoring pixel health.
- Adjust ad budgets according to financial targets, inventory levels, and the company calendar.
- Establish SOPs for monitoring ad performance and conduct funnel analysis to address bottlenecks or issues.
- Develop ideas for CRO testing based on ad data and coordinate A/B testing with the web development team.
- Review landing page performance and run bi-weekly analyses.

Qualifications:
- Must be a Filipino citizen.
- At least 3-5 years of freelancing experience.
- 3+ years of experience in media buying and creative strategy.
- Proven ability to develop and execute effective ad campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in performance monitoring and optimization.
- Experience in creative asset creation and collaboration with content creators.
- Proficient in ad management and analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Shift Schedule:
- Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm during US PST
