About the Role
- We’re looking for a Media Buyer to join our team and run and optimise direct-response ad campaigns across Facebook (Meta), Instagram, and Google Ads. Your job is to maximise ROI, analyse data, and scale successful campaigns while ensuring every ad dollar is spent effectively.

You'll work closely with our Head of Fulfillment and marketing team to strategise, test, and iterate on winning ad creatives while keeping up with platform algorithm changes and industry trends.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google/YouTube.
- A/B test ad creatives, copy, audiences, and bidding strategies to optimise performance.
- Analyse campaign data daily to improve conversion rates, CTRs, and cost-per-lead (CPL).
- Optimise media budgets to maximise ROAS while keeping costs efficient.
- Track and report key metrics, including ad spend efficiency and lead quality.
- Work with the creative team to develop ad creatives that engage and convert.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and apply best practices to keep campaigns performing at the highest level.
- Implement new audience strategies and retargeting techniques to scale campaigns.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience & Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in Facebook/Meta Ads & Google Ads campaign management.
- Proven track record of running high-ROI direct-response campaigns.
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach to campaign optimisation.
- Experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and bid strategy optimisation.
- Preferred: Experience with attribution tracking platforms like Hyros, Triple Whale, or SegMetrics.

Tools Knowledge (Preferred but Not Required):
-Meta Business Manager & Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram Ads).
- Google Ads & Google Analytics (for performance tracking).
- A/B Testing & Audience Research Tools (AdEspresso, Facebook Experiments, etc.).
- Attribution & Tracking Platforms (Hyros, Triple Whale, SegMetrics).
- Google Sheets & Excel (for campaign tracking and reporting).
- Slack & ClickUp (for communication and task management).
- Make.com, Zapier & CRM Systems (ManyChat, GoHighLevel) for automation.

Compensation & Benefits
