JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking to hire a self-motivated paid media buyer. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have previous digital advertising experience this is your opportunity to shine within a growing company. The digital marketing lead will be responsible for setting up, optimizing, and reporting on digital advertising campaigns for our company and clients.
This position is primarily focused on paid media within the Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube & Tik Tok platforms, as well as all social media platforms. Campaigns will also include retargeting, display, and video ads. This position includes 50% strategy, budget allocation, client communication, and 50% hands-on research, implementation, optimization, and reporting on campaigns.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

Execution of Digital Advertising Campaigns:
-Implement and manage digital marketing strategies across platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
-Ensure accurate campaign setup, including targeting, budget allocation, ad placements, and tracking.

Campaign Optimization:
-Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROI, CPL, CPA, and conversion rates.
-Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to improve performance.

Data Analysis and Reporting:
-Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
-Provide detailed reports with actionable recommendations to management and stakeholders on a regular basis.

Input on Strategic Improvements:
-Contribute to strategy refinement by sharing insights gathered from campaign performance and market trends.
-Suggest updates to targeting strategies, budget allocation, and creative assets to maximize impact.

Collaborative Feedback Loop:
-Work closely with internal teams, including creative, content, and marketing strategy, to align campaign execution with overarching goals.
-Provide feedback to enhance ad creatives, landing pages, and messaging based on performance data.

Budget Management:
-Optimize ad spend to ensure campaigns are cost-effective while delivering the best possible results.
-Flag opportunities to reallocate budgets for higher-performing campaigns or channels.

Staying Updated on Trends:
-Stay informed about platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging advertising trends.
-Proactively suggest innovative approaches to remain competitive in the digital landscape.

Conversion Tracking and Troubleshooting:
-Ensure all campaigns are accurately tracked for conversions using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and other relevant platforms.
-Troubleshoot and resolve tracking or performance issues promptly.

Campaign Audits and Recommendations:
-Conduct periodic audits of active campaigns to ensure alignment with best practices.
-Provide strategic recommendations to improve overall campaign effectiveness.

Implementation of SEO/SEM and PPC Strategies:
-Execute search engine marketing strategies, including paid search, retargeting, and display campaigns.
-Collaborate with the SEO team to align paid search efforts with organic goals.

Support for Strategic Planning:
-Offer insights and suggestions during strategy meetings based on campaign data and industry trends.
-Assist in identifying opportunities to expand into new markets or test new advertising platforms.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
-3+ years’ experience in a digital advertising
-Minimum of 2 years of Google/Facebook Ads account management experience
-Knowledge of Retargeting/Remarketing, Display, and Rich Media/Video Advertising
-Knowledge of SEO, online search mediums, and social media and an understanding of how all these channels work together with advertising.
-Must have experience managing monthly budgets exceeding $2k+ per month
-In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
-Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred
-Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities

TECH REQUIREMENTS:
Computer - at least i5 or equivalent with 8gb RAM
Internet Speed - At least 50 MBPS Download speed

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am-6pm EST // Monday - Friday 10pm-7am PHT
