DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute social media advertising campaigns on platforms such as
Identify target audiences and develop strategies to engage and convert to customers.
Manage our social media strategy after conducting competitive research, platform determination, messaging, and audience identification
Analyze campaign data to measure performance, identify trends, and optimize campaigns for better results.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to maximize advertising opportunities
Create engaging and compelling content for social media campaigns
Monitor and manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
Stay informed about changes in social media algorithms, and advertising policies to ensure compliance and optimal campaign performance
Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on campaign performance and opportunities for improvement
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
At least 3 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
Successfully devised and developed paid social campaigns across
At least 1 year of experience with products under CPG is required.
Experience in e-commerce and paid social strategies optimized for ROI
Strong copywriting skills and ability to provide brand-led strategic messaging
Experience in developing and managing marketing campaigns on TikTok is a plus
Data-driven and proven ability to analyze data for insights through
Strong communication and organization skills with the ability to adapt to agile ways of working
Ability to self-manage while handling projects under tight deadlines
