JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing dropshipping online business based in Switzerland, and we are looking for an experienced and dedicated Media Buyer to help manage and optimize our ad campaigns. Our mission is to deliver high-quality products quickly and efficiently to our customers, and we need a reliable person to manage our ads, create creatives, analyze performance, and optimize campaigns accordingly.

Your Responsibilities:

Ad Management and Campaign Setup:
-You will manage ads across our three different ad accounts, setting up campaigns to ensure products are promoted quickly and efficiently.
-You will regularly analyze and optimize the performance of our ads to achieve the best results.
-You will scale ads that are performing well and kill non-performing ads to avoid unnecessary spending.

Creative Production:
-You will create 3-5 high-quality, engaging creatives per product, tailored to effectively capture the attention of our target audience and drive high conversion rates.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:
-You will regularly fill in sheets to keep a clear overview of ad performance and ensure all relevant data is captured.
-You will analyze the results of the ads and make adjustments to campaigns to maximize ROI.

Requirements:
-Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in dropshipping and advertising.
-Ad Campaigns: Strong experience in setting up and optimizing ads on Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and other common platforms.
-Creative Skills: Experience in creating compelling creatives that speak to the target audience and generate high conversion rates.
-Analytical Skills: You are skilled at analyzing ad performance and responding quickly to make necessary adjustments.
-Shopify Knowledge: Proficiency in Shopify, as you will be closely working with our online store.
-Flexibility and Efficiency: You work quickly and are able to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.

Daily Workload:
-Managing and optimizing ads across our three different ad accounts.
-Creating 3-5 creatives per product.
-Daily performance analysis and optimization of campaigns.
-Filling in sheets and reporting to track performance.
