Due to continued growth and expansion in the renewables sector, CVC Systems is looking for a dedicated individual to lead our technical and design team.

Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have a background or degree in Mechanical Engineering and a passion for renewable technology. This role involves producing detailed MVHR and ASHP designs, including sound and pressure calculations, managing a small team, and supporting project managers to coordinate project milestones. Additionally, you will provide technical support over the phone, work with the design team to produce estimates and quotes, and update the company's CRM system.

Key Responsibilities:
Produce detailed MVHR, ASHP and UFH designs, including sound, pressure calculations heat loss calcs and cooling requirements.
Assist project managers in coordinating project milestones.
Provide technical support to customers and stakeholders over the phone.
Collaborate with the design team to produce accurate estimates and quotes.
Update and maintain the company's CRM system with relevant project and customer information.

Qualifications:
A background or degree in Mechanical Engineering.
A genuine interest in renewable technology and sustainable solutions.
Experience with MVHR systems (minimum of 3 years required).
Proficiency in SketchUp or similar 3D modeling software (minimum of 3 year required).
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
