Mautic email automation expert

We have a new installation of Mautic 5.1 and are looking for someone with true expertise in this platform and email marketing to come in and "hold our hand" in setting up campaigns, landing pages, and emails. Ramp up the expertise of both our Australian and Philippines-based teaUpgrade to see actual infombers so that we can successfully use the platform in the future.

We imagine this process will take a few months as we learn to craft effective emails and use Mautic emails and campaigns to drive additional sales to our e-commerce store, but we are open to suggestions as to the timeframe/delivery mechanism—e.g., part-time for longer / short gigs with intensive training, etc.

To be super clear, this is not a role for someone to learn on the job; it is definitely one for a marketing automation/email marketing expert to set up, run, and teach. We currently do almost zero email marketing, so you will have the opportunity to have a massive impact on the business through a successful implementation of setup and strategy.

We are a small business based in Australia with around two decades of confectionery e-commerce experience. We have a large local customer base and have already collected opt-in email addresses for years. We have previously used Brevo for simple, ineffective/irregular emails, but it's now been a while since we have done this. So we have quite a large mailing list and there are potentially some easy wins to be had early.

Please note that our market is 100% in Australia, so English communication skills are critical. We're real fans of keeping our small team connected, so we are likely to have a few virtual chats/phone calls using our internal systems.
