Key Responsibilities:

Master Scheduler: Coordinate and deploy multiple crews efficiently across the East and West Coasts, ensuring every task is prioritized and scheduled with precision.
Activity Tracking: Monitor and track crew activities to optimize resource allocation and maintain smooth operations.
Effective Communication: Provide clear instructions to crews, address concerns promptly, and ensure seamless interaction across all levels.
Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous records of crew assignments, schedules, and completed tasks to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Collaborative Optimization: Work closely with other departments to enhance scheduling and workflow, contributing to overall operational success.
Project Monitoring: Oversee ongoing projects to ensure they meet timelines and quality standards.
Conflict Resolution: Resolve scheduling conflicts and adapt plans as necessary to handle changes or emergencies.
Performance Reporting: Deliver regular reports on crew performance, productivity, and operational effectiveness.
Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience as a Dispatcher or in a similar role is highly desirable.
Detail-Oriented: A sharp eye for accuracy and an unwavering commitment to detail.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to manage time, multitask, and prioritize effectively.
Tech Savvy: Proficient in scheduling software and relevant tools.

Geographical Knowledge: Familiarity with East and West Coast routes and geographical areas is a plus.
