Are you a data-driven wizard with a knack for creating killer Facebook ads? PulseCRM.ai is looking for a tech-savvy Facebook PPC Specialist to join our dynamic team. You'll manage our funnels' Facebook ads, driving traffic and conversions like a pro. If you're ready to dive into the world of online marketing and provide essential back-end support, this is the gig for you. You will be responsible for managing paid ads to drive conversions for PulseCRM.ai and its clients.

Responsibilities:

-Craft Killer Campaigns: Develop and execute Facebook PPC campaigns that align with business goals and deliver results.
-Optimize Like a Pro: Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to ensure optimal ad performance.
-Create Engaging Ads: Write compelling ad copy and design eye-catching visual content.
-Manage Funnels: Oversee the back-end of Facebook for all client funnels.
-Analyze and Adjust: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven tweaks to maximize results.
-Test and Learn: Perform A/B testing to identify the most effective ad strategies.
-Maximize ROI: Manage budgets and bids to get the best bang for our buck.
-Use the Best Tools: Work with tools like Funnelytics, Facebook Business Manager, and Google Analytics.
-Communicate Effectively: Maintain clear communication with clients and project managers about project needs and execution.
-Collaborate: Work with team members to track project success and create comprehensive KPI reports.
-Stay Current: Keep up with the latest Facebook advertising trends, tools, and best practices.
-Integrate Efforts: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Facebook advertising with broader marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

-Experience: 1-2 years of managing Facebook PPC campaigns.
-Proven Track Record: Experience with Facebook Business Manager and Google Analytics.
-Ad Spend: Managed over $20,000 in ad spend and can prove it.
-Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
-Optimization Expertise: Experience with A/B testing and optimization strategies.
-Creative Writing: Strong writing skills for crafting compelling ad copy.
-Design Skills: Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for creating visual content.
-Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
-Self-Starter: Comfortable working with and learning different web-publishing and analytics platforms.
-Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills.
