Company Overview: At Comfy Cubs, we specialize in providing a wide range of high-quality products for babies, toddlers, and kids. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Amazon UK Marketplace Lead to join our growing team and drive the performance of our online marketplace.

Job Description: As a Marketplace Lead, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s presence on online marketplaces This includes overseeing product listings, inventory management, and monitoring the account health of the marketplace. This role also involves creating and monitoring deals, as well as developing virtual bundles to enhance sales opportunities. Additionally, the lead will conduct weekly health checks to ensure that product listings remain accurate and aligned with the company’s database, addressing any discrepancies promptly.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage product listings in our online marketplace, ensuring all product information is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
- Inventory Management: Track and manage inventory levels for online marketplaces, ensuring optimal stock levels, reducing the risk of stockouts or overstocking, and managing fulfillment processes.
- Account Health Monitoring: Regularly monitor account health and performance metrics for the marketplaces, taking corrective actions when necessary to maintain compliance with the policies and avoid account suspensions.
- Deals and Promotions: Plan, create, and monitor promotional campaigns, including lightning deals and best deals, to enhance product visibility and drive sales if applicable.
- Virtual Bundle Creation: Develop and manage virtual bundles to maximize sales potential and enhance product discoverability through our platforms.
- Weekly Health Checks: Perform routine audits of product listings to ensure alignment with internal data, promptly addressing any discrepancies or errors found.
- Issue Resolution and Escalation: Address operational issues and account-related concerns by creating and managing cases with Amazon Seller Support, and escalate issues as necessary to ensure timely resolutions.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing online marketplaces
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions.

Desired Skills:
- Experience with Amazon marketplaces (e.g., Amazon DE, MX, AU, etc.) is a plus.
