We're looking for a Creative Marketing Manager/Strategist who is eager to grow with us, lead our creative strategy, and play a key role in driving our success through innovative campaigns and outstanding marketing funnels.

Job Description:
As a Creative Marketing Manager/Strategist, you will not only lead our marketing efforts but also be the visionary behind our creative direction. Your role will be pivotal in developing impactful, emotionally driven campaigns that set us apart from the competition. You will be responsible for analyzing marketing data, understanding which creatives resonate with audiences, and optimizing our funnels for maximum engagement and conversion. This position requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and data analysis with a deep understanding of what makes digital marketing stand out in a crowded eCommerce space.

Key Responsibilities:
Creative Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that not only align with our brand objectives but also captivate and engage customers, driving significant sales growth.
Creative Development: Work with design and production teams to ideate, create, and deliver standout creatives. You’ll analyze the performance of visuals and messaging to guide what works best across various channels.
Funnel Optimization: Build marketing funnels that are distinctive and perform better than the competition. Ensure they engage potential customers from awareness to action, making our funnels stand out with powerful, targeted messaging.
Creative Strategy for Funnels: Understand and plan which creatives to make for each funnel stage, ensuring a cohesive, compelling journey from top-of-funnel awareness to bottom-of-funnel conversions.
Data Analysis: Leverage tools like Facebook Analytics to monitor the performance of campaigns and creatives, understand customer behavior, and make data-driven optimizations to enhance ROI.
A/B Testing: Design and implement A/B tests for creatives, landing pages, and messaging to optimize ad performance and conversion rates. Use insights from these tests to refine marketing strategies and visuals.
Customer Engagement with AIDA: Craft campaigns using the AIDA model (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action) to emotionally connect with customers at every stage of the funnel, guiding them smoothly through the buying process.
Insights Tools Mastery: Use tools like Hotjar, Google Analytics, and similar to gain deeper insights into user behavior and improve customer experiences across our site and funnels.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, design, product, and sales) to ensure the marketing campaigns are cohesive and deliver consistent, high-quality customer experiences.
Process Management: Establish and optimize marketing processes to ensure seamless, efficient execution from concept to completion, maintaining top-tier performance across all campaigns.
Innovation & Growth: Continuously seek out new opportunities, bring fresh ideas, and identify creative strategies to stay ahead of the competition and drive ongoing growth for the company.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on eCommerce and creative strategy.
A deep understanding of creative performance – why certain visuals, messaging, and videos resonate, and how to replicate and scale that success across various channels.
Proficiency with Facebook Analytics and other social media analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize creatives based on real-time data.
A/B testing expertise with experience in tools like Hotjar, Optimizely, or similar.
Demonstrated ability to craft emotionally compelling campaigns using the AIDA model, with a deep understanding of how to guide customers through the sales funnel.
Experience working with cross-functional teams to ensure that creatives align with product goals and marketing strategies.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
A creative, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset with a passion for growth and innovation.
