About the Role
As our Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for spearheading our digital marketing efforts. This includes creating and managing high-performing campaigns, designing landing pages, optimizing SEO, and leveraging video and social media advertising to drive growth. If you're not typically recognized as a top performer in marketing strategy, content creation, and campaign execution, please do not apply. Our team operates at an exceptional level, and you’ll thrive here if you do too. You must be available to work 4 hours daily during the evening to ensure significant overlap with our Eastern US team.
Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution
Design and implement effective digital marketing strategies to meet company goals.
Create, test, and optimize landing pages to increase conversions.
Run and manage ad campaigns on LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms.
Develop and execute SEO initiatives to improve organic search rankings and website visibility.
Plan and produce engaging video content for marketing purposes.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics for marketing campaigns and recommend optimizations.
Work with tools like Salesloft, Outreach, or Apollo for automated outreach.
Social Media Management
Create and maintain engaging social media content for multiple platforms.
Strategically grow our online presence and audience engagement.
Reporting & Insights
Track and analyze key marketing metrics, delivering reports on performance.
Provide recommendations to optimize marketing spend and ROI.
Requirements
Marketing Expertise
Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing.
Proven experience in creating and managing LinkedIn and Instagram ads.
Track record of successfully optimizing SEO and landing page performance.
Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
Experience in creating and editing video content for campaigns.
Strong knowledge of social media trends and platform algorithms.
General Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
Clear English communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with startup or SaaS companies is a plus.
