Are you passionate about marketing, engagement, and creativity? Do you love bringing communities together and making an impact? My Children and Me is looking for a Marketing & Engagement Manager to lead our brand, social media, and community connections – with a fun and creative twist!

About the Role:
As our Marketing & Engagement Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind how we connect with families, professionals, and the wider community. From social media to in-person events, your role will be to create, engage, and inspire while showcasing the amazing things we do at our nursery and parent support hub.

What You’ll Be Doing:
? Creative Marketing & Branding – Develop engaging campaigns, social media content, and marketing materials that showcase our unique approach.
? Community Engagement – Build and maintain relationships with parents, local businesses, and professionals through events, workshops, and partnerships.
? Social Media & Content Creation – Manage our Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms with fun, interactive content (videos, reels, blogs, and more!).
? Event Planning – Help organise workshops, coffee mornings, and creative sessions that bring families together.
? Creative Touches for the Nursery – Work closely with the nursery team to add a creative flair to activities, displays, and storytelling experiences.
? Strategy & Growth – Help develop a marketing plan that grows our audience and keeps families engaged.

We’d Love Someone Who:
???? Has experience in marketing, social media management, or community engagement
???? Is full of creative ideas and can bring fun, engaging campaigns to life
???? Understands parents' needs and loves working with families and children
???? Can work flexibly and independently, bringing fresh energy to our team
???? Has excellent communication skills and loves building relationships
