Job Description: Marketing and Sales Strategist – Corporate Catering Sales

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Sales Strategist to develop and implement a comprehensive strategy aimed at generating leads and rapidly expanding our corporate client base for a catering company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in crafting innovative marketing campaigns to include LinkedIn, creating target lists, driving sales initiatives, and leveraging digital and traditional channels to attract and retain corporate clients for our catering services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy Development:
o Design and execute a robust marketing and sales strategy specifically targeting corporate clients in need of catering services.
o Identify key market segments, including industries and geographical areas, with the highest potential for growth.
o Develop short-term and long-term goals for lead generation and client acquisition.

2. Lead Generation:
o Implement lead generation tactics, including digital marketing (SEO, PPC, social media advertising), email marketing, content marketing, and networking events.
o Create and manage targeted marketing campaigns to capture the attention of corporate decision-makers.
o Develop partnerships with event planners, office managers, and corporate event coordinators to establish referral networks.

3. Sales Initiatives:
o Design and deploy sales strategies, including cold calling (10 calls per day), direct mail campaigns (10 LinkedIn emails per day), and personalized outreach to generate interest from potential corporate clients.
o Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling sales pitches, presentations, and proposals tailored to the specific needs of corporate clients.
o Track and analyze sales metrics to assess the effectiveness of various strategies and adjust as needed to maximize lead conversion rates.

4. Brand Positioning:
o Enhance the company’s brand presence in the corporate sector by developing consistent and impactful messaging across all marketing channels.
o Work to produce high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, menus, and client testimonials.
o Develop and maintain a strong online presence through an optimized website, engaging social media profiles, and regular content updates.

5. Client Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective corporate clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
o Gather client feedback and insights to refine service offerings and improve client satisfaction.

6. Market Research and Analysis:
o Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for growth.
