Job Title: Online Marketing and Sales Manager

Location: Remote (USA Time Zone)

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Online Marketing and Sales Manager to lead and grow our online presence, drive revenue, and build relationships with customers. This role involves creating and executing digital marketing strategies, managing sales campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective online marketing campaigns, including email, social media, content, and SEO strategies.
• Manage and optimize sales funnels to drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Analyze and report on marketing and sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with the team to create engaging content and promotional materials.
• Build and maintain customer relationships, responding to inquiries and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and tools to improve campaigns and strategies.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in online marketing and sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing software, CRM systems).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Schedule:
• Must be available during USA time zones for collaboration and customer interactions.

Compensation:
• Competitive salary commensurate with experience, plus performance-based incentives.
