Our client, a leader in digital outdoor advertising, is seeking a proactive Marketing and Sales Coordinator to provide essential support to the marketing and sales teams. This role will focus on managing marketing project timelines, coordinating campaigns, and ensuring that all assets are delivered on time and meet quality standards. While the primary responsibilities are administrative and organizational, skills in graphic design and video editing will be a valuable plus for assisting with content creation and campaign support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and coordinating marketing campaigns, ensuring that project deadlines are met, and all deliverables are tracked and completed.
- Support the organization and maintenance of digital assets for campaigns, ensuring they meet technical specifications and are ready for use across various platforms.
- Organize and maintain files, brand guidelines, and templates to ensure efficient access for all tea
- Prepare client-facing materials and ensure campaign assets align with client expectations and goals.
- Utilize tools like Zapier to streamline project workflows and improve efficiency across teams.
- Assist with cross-functional collaboration to ensure all aspects of marketing, sales, and design align with project goals.
- Assist with creating simple graphics or video edits for campaign materials, digital billboards, and promotional assets.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, sales support, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (native or high professional proficiency).
- Proficiency in project management tools and automation platforms (e.g., Zapier).
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) are a plus.
- Familiarity with digital billboard content management and DOOH advertising is a plus.
