POSITION SUMMARY
We seek a highly efficient and competent Marketing and Inventory Management Analyst to join our growing team who has a broad knowledge of Stock Replenishment and can perform various Marketing initiatives daily. The responsibilities range from but are not limited to weekly inventory review, stock replenishment, and consumption rates to marketing activities such as creating and posting social media content, generating leads, and creating advertisements. This role will involve collaboration with our China facility's inventory and production team. The candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills and communicate ideas with Management and members from various departments.
OBJECTIVES
Effectively manage and forecast the demand of customers through inventory and supply planning
Provide reports of forecasted inventory on a weekly and monthly basis to our production team
Support inventory and replenishment management by standardizing processes across the organization
Develop and suggest process improvements to the management to align inventories and stocks from our production team
When required they create or update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in their relevant inventory-related and marketing-related activities
Performs other marketing-related activities such as content creation, updating marketing metrics, and content database updates as required
COMPETENCIES
Knowledgeable in Inventory Management and Replenish Management
Knowledgeable with the following applications for Inventory Management:
Cloud Inventory Management tool (i.e. Dear System)
Customer Relationship Management tool (i.e. HubSpot)
Shopify for updating the stocks on the website
eBay sales listings
Creative in promoting social media content, promotion, and campaign
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Present information in forms, tables, and spreadsheets.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing Analytics or related area of study, or equivalent work experience
4+ years of work experience in Inventory Management function
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Inventory Management and Planning
Experience working in manufacturing and corporate office set-up preferred
Strong data analysis, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace (i.e. Google Sheet, Google Drive, Calendar etc.)
