Create and schedule daily posts across all major platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Monitor analytics to identify viable ideas, measure campaign success, and refine strategies as needed.
Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.
Oversee the creation and management of a social media calendar to ensure content is timely, relevant, and engaging.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports on social media engagement metrics.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
