Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and driven Marketing and Business Development Manager to lead our expansion efforts into the UK, US, and Canadian markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in international marketing and business development, with a deep understanding of the web design industry. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive growth in new markets.

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct detailed market research to identify opportunities in the UK, US, and Canada.
* Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored to each target market.
* Create localized marketing content and campaigns to resonate with the cultural and business norms of each region.
* Optimize our website for international SEO and manage dedicated landing pages for each market.
* Implement content marketing strategies, including blog posts, case studies, and whitepapers.
* Manage social media marketing efforts and run targeted ads to reach potential clients.
* Build and segment an email list, and execute personalized email campaigns.
* Form strategic partnerships with local businesses, tech hubs, and industry influencers.
* Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of expansion efforts.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and business development, preferably in the web design or tech industry.
* Proven track record of successfully expanding businesses into international markets.
* Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, social media marketing, and email marketing.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Willingness to travel as needed to target markets.
* Experience with CRM software and lead generation tools is a plus.
