Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing and Admin Assistant to join our growing team. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, Alan, this role will support marketing initiatives, streamline administrative processes, and enhance our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Support

Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.

Manage and update social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.

Assist with website updates, blog posts, and newsletters to ensure fresh and relevant content.

Research industry trends, competitors, and potential collaborations to strengthen brand positioning.

Ability to implement and manage website SEO


Administrative Support

Organise and manage administrative documents to ensure an efficient workflow.

Respond to client inquiries via email and social media professionally and promptly.

Maintain databases and CRM systems to track projects, leads, and client communications.

Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating internal team tasks.


Lead Generation & Outreach

Identify potential clients, partners, and industry contacts for outreach.

Support business development efforts by maintaining contact lists and tracking engagement.

Assist with client onboarding processes and document preparation.

Use of Dripify Software


Content Creation & Management

Collaborate with the team to produce compelling visual and written content.

Manage photo and video assets for use in marketing campaigns.

Assist in the design and distribution of promotional materials.


Ad Hoc Tasks

Support special projects and initiatives as required.

Perform other duties related to the marketing and administrative functions of the business.

Qualifications & Requirements

Proficient in English (both written and spoken) with strong communication skills.

Experience in social media management, content creation, and marketing campaigns.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.

Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Suite, Dripify or similar design tools is an advantage.

Experience in administration, customer service, or marketing preferred.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced and remote environment.

Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
