JOB OVERVIEW

Objective:
We are seeking an organised, motivated, and creative Marketing and Admin Specialist to support our business with both administrative and marketing tasks. This role will focus on developing systems and strategies to enhance efficiency, build brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Implement and manage a simple task management system
Update products on our WordPress websites
Create content and resources for websites
Update business operation manuals
Organise photos and video content
Create and edit content, including videos
Develop and manage Social Media and Google Ads campaigns
Create email campaigns using MailerLite/CRM

Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role
Ability to work independently from home
Self-motivated with a keen eye for detail
Creative and proactive personality
Good communication skills and fluency in English

Skills (preferred but not all essential, willingness to learn is a must):
Task Management System
MailerLite CRM (or similar)
CapCut (or similar)
Canva
Google Ads
YouTube
Meta Business
Loom
Ai tools
Coffee / Hospitality Industry

About Us:
Espresso Services Plus is a boutique coffee company in Sydney, operated by husband and wife team, Jason and Jo, since 2001. We specialise in selling, servicing, and manufacturing espresso coffee machines for both home and commercial use. We also sell barista accessories, spare parts and our brand of coffee beans.
