Marketing Virtual Assistant with Course Creation experience

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Marketing Virtual Assistant with a passion for creating engaging content and driving business growth. CRM and digital marketing expertise are essential.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
essential:
Administration heavy weight.
CRM experience (Active Campaign, Go High Level, Ivory ideal)
Highly organised individual, system and process driven operator competent in managing marketing web funnels, lead generation
Experience in course creation (Ivorey desirable or Kajabi experience)
Experience in content creation
Instagram advertising experience - highly desirable.
Skilled and autonomous marketeer confident in working independently and creating content strategies
Niche consulting service - Wine industry or Hospitality experience ideal but not essential.
Graphic design experience preferred in relevant industries.
Canva experience
Video Editing experience for reels & stories.

Advantageous
Click up, Trello, Asana experience. Client will need a task collaboration set up for task assigning and goal oriented strategies.
PA experience.
Event management experience
Webinar support hosting experience

Work Schedule:
Commencing on 6 January 2025
3 days a week/8 hours
Preferred days are Tues, Wed and 3rd day is flexible
Local time: 8am-4.30pm PHT (Darwin time: 9.30am - 6pm)
