JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Marketing Assistant to join our fast-paced event production company. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, fluency in both English and Spanish, and the ability to manage diverse tasks in a high-pressure, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing, administrative support or event coordination, with a strong focus on delivering results.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote events and engage target audiences.
- Manage and optimize online event listings and social media platforms in both English and Spanish.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and actionable insights.
- Create and translate marketing content, including emails, social media posts, and promotional materials, for English- and Spanish-speaking audiences.
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from clients, partners and attendees in both languages.
- Influencer research.

Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) is essential.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, administrative support, or a related role.
- Proven track record of working in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, and social media management tools.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
