JOB OVERVIEW

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Virtual Assistant to support our real estate business. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management, with proficiency in tools and platforms essential to our operations. Video editing skills and the ability to create engaging, viral content are highly desired.

Key Responsibilities:
Google Business Profile (GBP) Management:
Objective: Optimize and maintain a strong presence on Google Search and Maps.

Posts:
Publish at least 2 updates per week, repurposing content such as blog posts, video tours, market updates, client testimonials, and case studies.
Highlight open houses, team celebrations, and neighborhood-specific content.
Research and create local event and community posts.

Info Section:
Keep service areas, hours, and contact information updated.
Add 300-character keyword-rich descriptions for each service offered. Coordinate with the team for keyword selection and local service areas.

Insights Section:
Analyze customer searches and identify missing search terms.
Adjust content strategies to close gaps and improve SEO rankings.

Reviews Section:
Promptly respond to reviews with 1,000-character SEO keyword-rich replies using tools like ChatGPT.
Actively collect client reviews and incorporate them into posts and newsletters.

Q&A Section:
Post and answer at least 2 questions per week using relevant FAQs.
Track previously asked and answered questions to avoid repeats.

Photos Section:
Regularly upload high-quality images, targeting 100+ photos. Include team headshots, listings, and local landmarks.
Geo-tag photos and update thumbnails to align with branding.

Products, Messaging, and YouTube Sections:
Keep product listings accurate and link active listings to the website.
Enable and manage automated responses for client inquiries.
Share videos on GBP with SEO-optimized captions, ensuring they link back to embedded website pages.

Social Media Management (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn):
Create and post 1–2 community-focused posts weekly, including events, holiday greetings, and real estate tips.
Transform YouTube videos, raw footage, and team photos into engaging reels with potential to go viral.
Curate accurate and relevant local market updates.
Design and post “Just Listed” and “Just Sold” content with engaging captions and proper tags.

Luxury Presence Website Management:
Repurpose YouTube videos into SEO-optimized blog posts and publish weekly.
Audit neighborhood sections to ensure accurate, detailed, and SEO-friendly content.
Update testimonials with Google and Yelp reviews.


Email
Marketing:
Compile social media content into biweekly newsletters using ActivePipe.
Design and send visually appealing holiday-themed emails to the client database.

General Marketing Support:
Manage and update the CRM system (Follow Up Boss).
Use Canva and Marq to design polished postcards, social media posts, and other marketing materials.
Create visually appealing presentations in MoxiPresent.
Keep Dropbox and Google Drive organized with marketing assets and documents.
Monitor and update profiles on platforms like Yelp and Zillow.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency in Gmail, Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Follow Up Boss CRM, ActivePipe, Luxury Presence, MoxiPresent, Google Business, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Yelp, Marq, Canva, Slack, Dropbox, and Zillow.
Strong writing and editing skills with attention to grammar and tone.
Video editing skills with the ability to create viral video reels.
Basic SEO knowledge and experience optimizing blogs and website content.
Experience with email marketing tools and designing campaigns.
Research skills to curate relevant local content.
Creative design skills using Canva or similar tools.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Additional Expectations:
Reliable internet connection and ability to work within US time zones for periodic check-ins.
Maintain clear and consistent communication via email, Slack, and video calls.
Exhibit creativity, initiative, and a strong interest in real estate and community marketing.
