Location: Remote
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 20 hours/week (8:00 PM - 12:00 AM, PHT)

Overview:
Remote Filo is seeking a proactive and self-motivated Marketing VA with over 3 years of experience in IT/Tech industry. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and capable of managing client communications effectively. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic, remote-first environment where you can contribute to a variety of industries while developing your professional skills.
Key Responsibilities:
-Assist the CEO with administrative tasks and support daily operations.
-Serve as a HubSpot expert, capable of designing dashboards and managing the CRM effectively.
-Develop content and copy for sales and marketing campaigns on HubSpot and social media platforms.
-Create and manage social media content to enhance brand awareness and engagement across various platforms.
-Utilize graphic design skills to create visuals using Canva or Photoshop.
-Apply basic video editing skills to support marketing initiatives.
-Communicate fluently in English, both orally and in writing, to effectively interact with tea
Required Qualifications and Skills:
-3-5 years of experience as a Marketing Virtual Assistant.
-Proven experience in the IT/Tech industry.
-Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
-Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for professional client interactions.
-Proficient in storytelling, with the ability to engage and persuade audiences.
-Skilled in conducting research to gather valuable insights and data.
-Ability to effectively manage, upload, and organize data.
-Experience in creating content that aligns with marketing objectives.
-Familiarity with developing content for lead recovery and nurturing.
-Understanding of digital marketing strategies, including TOFU (Top of the Funnel), MOFU (Middle of the Funnel), and BOFU (Bottom of the Funnel).
-Proficient in using tools such as HubSpot and Canva.
-Strong graphic design skills.
-Basic video editing skills.
-Self-motivated and able to work independently, managing multiple tasks efficiently.
-Ability to thrive in a remote-first, fast-paced work environment with minimal supervision.
