Marketing Virtual Assistant

Blue Ring is a growing Meta Ads marketing agency helping clients achieve real results across Facebook and Instagram. We're looking for a talented, detail-oriented person to join our team and help us deliver excellence to our clients.

We need a reliable Marketing Virtual Assistant who can become an essential part of our team. This position starts part-time (10-20 hours weekly) with room to grow as we expand.

What You'll Do:
- Manage client ad accounts on Meta platforms
- Upload and optimize new ads from client Instagram content
- Edit ad copy and ensure all links work properly
- Gather campaign data for client reporting
- Monitor and respond to social media comments
- Help with digital asset organization and management
- Support other marketing tasks as needed

What We're Looking For:
- Experience with creating ads on Meta Ads Manager
- Experience working with Google Ads
- Good English communication skills
- Detail-oriented approach to work
- Self-motivated personality
- Reliable internet connection (regularly have to download very large files)
- Experience with Google Sheets
- Familiarity with AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT (bonus)
- Basic Figma knowledge (bonus)
