JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and creative Virtual Assistant with a passion for empowering working mothers to thrive in their careers and personal lives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media management, content creation, and community engagement, with a desire to contribute to the growth of a global community.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media & Content Creation (Core Priority)

Create visually engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and newsletters using Canva Pro.
Develop content pillars and repurpose long-form content into various formats.
Schedule and monitor social media posts, ensuring engagement and growth.
Research and apply best practices for hashtags, trending audios, and audience interactions.

2. Lead Generation & Community Engagement (Growth-Focused)

Proactively connect with potential clients and partners through various channels.
Oversee DMs, comments, and engagement in online communities.
Track and maintain lead interactions using a CRM system.
Engage with competitor audiences, industry leaders, and relevant communities.

3. Membership & Coaching Program Support (Essential)

Manage mentor-mentee program applications, pairings, and progress tracking.
Handle client onboarding, including welcome emails, intake forms, and reminders.
Upload, organize, and maintain exclusive content for members.

4. Campaign & Launch Support (Strategic Expansion)

Plan and execute email campaigns, lead magnets, and nurture sequences.
Organize and manage webinars, masterclasses, and networking sessions.
Support course and coaching program launches.

5. Business Operations & Administration (Efficiency & Scale)

Manage projects and tasks using tools like Trello, Asana, or ClickUp.
Maintain Google Drive, email inboxes, and digital filing systems.
Manage calendar and scheduling for meetings and client calls.
Develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

6. Digital Course & Resource Management (Scalability)

Upload and maintain course content on platforms like Thinkific or Kajabi.
Design workbooks, handouts, and lead magnets.

7. Financial & Business Support (Admin & Stability)

Set up and manage payment tools like Stripe and GoCardless.
Track and follow up on overdue invoices.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in content creation and graphic design, with a strong portfolio.
Expertise in social media growth strategies, engagement tactics, and content planning.
Experience with lead generation, CRM management, and email marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Canva Pro, Trello/Asana/ClickUp, Flodesk/Mailchimp, Later/Buffer, and CRM tools.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects independently.
Ability to create SOPs, templates, and streamline processes.

JOB DETAILS:
10 hours/week - 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM PHT f260 PHP / hour + 13 month bonus (can increase depending with performance)
