JOB OVERVIEW

Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns across various channels (email, social media, paid ads, etc.).
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better results.

Content Creation & Management:
Create engaging content for marketing materials, including blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and advertisements.
Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.

Social Media Marketing:
Develop and execute social media strategies to grow our online presence.
Engage with followers, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies as needed.

SEO & Analytics:
Optimize content for SEO to drive organic traffic.
Use analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies accordingly.


Email
Marketing:
Create and manage email campaigns that engage and convert leads.
Segment email lists and track open/click rates to measure campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:

Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
Strong knowledge of SEO, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mailchimp, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
