The People Company is hiring a part-time marketing virtual assistant for a solar energy company in Arizona, USA.
About The People Company: We are a small BPO based in New York that help connect excellent talent in the Philippines and Latin America with small businesses in the United States.

We are hiring on behalf of a solar energy company based in Arizona, USA. We are seeking a skilled and versatile Virtual Assistant (VA) to support the firm's social media, Google listings, and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing multiple social media channels and someone who can deliver high-quality content consistently, analyze marketing performance, conduct research, assist with ad management, and provide support with copywriting across various platforms.

Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Management
• Manage social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, posting engaging content and monitoring audience interactions.
• Develop and implement social media strategies to grow follower base and increase engagement.
• Create and schedule posts, ensuring a cohesive brand presence across all channels.
2. Basic Ad Management Support
• Assist in setting up and running basic ads on social media platforms
• Understand the basics of ad management, including audience targeting, budgets, and ad formats.
• Familiarity with concepts such as landing pages, conversion rates, and overall ad performance.
3. Marketing Data Analysis
• Track, analyze, and report on social media, YouTube, and ad performance metrics to evaluate the success of campaigns and content.
• Make data-driven recommendations to optimize content and strategies based on insights.
4. Copywriting
• Write compelling captions, descriptions, and other copy as needed to support social media, video content, and basic ad campaigns.
• Ensure all copy is consistent with brand voice and resonates with our target audience.

Requirements:
• Proficient in Video Editing Software: Skilled in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools) to produce high-quality videos.
• Social Media Management: Proven experience managing multiple social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok).
• Basic Knowledge of Ad Management: Understanding of ad setup, targeting, landing pages, and conversion tracking on social platforms.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze performance data and translate it into actionable insights and improvements.
• Copywriting Skills: Strong written communication skills to create engaging copy for captions, descriptions, and social posts.
• Research Skills: Ability to conduct weekly research on new content ideas, case studies, and industry trends.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with YouTube SEO, social media algorithms, and video trends.
• Experience with basic marketing analytics tools and reporting for ads.
• Basic understanding of graphic design (e.g., Canva) to create simple social media graphics if needed.
• Prior experience with content marketing, digital marketing, or ad management.

Key Information: This position is part-time, with a salary of $6/hour USD. EST hours are required (graveyard shift.)
