Marketing & Video Editor for Real Estate Agent

I am looking for a motivated and creative individual to assist with my real estate marketing and to edit Instagram reels, create appropriate captions and hashtags and post according to a social media calendar.

Please send examples of previous video editing work, especially Instagram reels you've done for other realtors or businesses.

Required Skills
* Manage and update Follow Up Boss, CRM, and create content to be sent via email and text within FUB - CRM experience a must.
* Strong video editing skills
* Strong knowledge of social media management
* Experience managing a social media calendar
* Experience posting on social media platforms - Facebook, Instagram and TikTock according to social media calendar
* Experience creating marketing materials for Instagram polls & stories and email marketing
* Strong knowledge of Canva for creating marketing materials
* Experience creating prompts for and using ChatGPT to create marketing content
* Experience with Google Business a plus
* Strong attention to detail and great organizational skills
* Strong communication skills
