The Ideal Candidate

You:
- Are skilled in Descript (video and audio editing), Cap Cut and Canva
- Understand website design and maintenance, especially on Squarespace
- Have a keen eye for branding, color schemes, and cohesive design
- Can do basic copywriting and content repurposing to make every piece a success
- Stay current on social media trends and SEO best practices
- Understand that the purpose of marketing is to prime prospects to make a purchasing decision
- Can make the difference between cheesy AI generated copy and authentic attention grabbing relatable copy.

Key Responsibilities

- Research SEO-optimized content topics and trends
- Outline articles and podcast episode structures to maximize SEO
- Repurpose long-form content (e.g., podcast episodes) into multiple marketing assets (Instagram posts, stories, shorts, blog posts, email features, etc.)
- Edit video and audio for social and web content
- Pitch and coordinate podcast guest spots and article publishing

Success Metrics

Your performance will be measured by lead generation and month-to-month growth in key metrics like subscribers, views, and clicks.
