Client Overview:
*Katie owns an amazing brand and marketing agency and she is looking for an awesome marketing VA to help her execute strategies

Client Requirements:
*Must be able to work any 2-hour block from 9am-5pm Mountain Time (US)
*Must be able to work 10 hours weekly
*Must have experience with marketing and LinkedIn reachouts
*Must be familiar with lead management (through a CRM like Upgrade to see actual info, Mailchimp, or Streak)
*Must have basic SEO knowledge
*Must have experience with social media content creation and management
*Must have great verbal and written communication skills
*Must be super organized with high attention to detail
*Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality control

Software tools used by the client:

*Mailchimp
*LinkedIn
*WordPress
*Google Suite

Responsibilities/Tasks:
Marketing:
*Research and connect with past clients via LinkedIn (find out the current positions of past clients, see where they are now)
*Connect with past clients to let them know what Katie has been doing (initiatives, offers, etc.)
*Reach out to contacts to make connections, share capabilities, and explore opportunities
*Identify opportunities to collaborate on webinars, events, projects, boards, etc., and share those with Katie
*Implement sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones
*Research relevant conferences/events/tradeshows (Nonprofit & Natural Products/CPG)
*Conduct pre-event research and potential client engagement
*Promote event participation via social media and email
*Manage post-event follow-up with potential leads and set meetings
*Maintain and update lead tracker (Upgrade to see actual info, Streak, Mailchimp)
*Conduct direct outreach via email and social media
*Help Katie get on directories and research how much it costs

Long-term projects (to be done when daily tasks are complete):
*Optimize website content for SEO
*Tag images

Phase 2 (for later):
*Update all platforms with new content
*Social media content creation
*Pull emails and turn them into blog posts
*Project management
