Simply Home Care, located at 1386 St Nicholas Avenue, New York, NY 1003, is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and tech-savvy Marketing Virtual Assistant to help our sales team. The perfect candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and creative, with skills in Photoshop and experience utilizing CRM tools. Responsibilities include tracking sales activities, handling documentation, assisting with marketing tasks, and offering creative support as required.

Responsibilities:
Support the Sales Team in their daily operations and ensure they have the tools they need to achieve their goals.
Monitor and track sales activities, such as client interactions, follow-ups, and meeting arrangements.
Manage and keep the CRM system organized to guarantee that information is accurate and current.
Create and review sales reports to offer insights and suggestions for enhancements.
Oversee social media accounts and develop content to highlight services and interact with the community.
Carry out market research to spot trends and opportunities to improve marketing strategies.
Complete additional tasks as required to assist the overall goals of the sales and marketing teams.
Experience working in a Home Care Agency
Ideally, some background in healthcare
Proficient in using social media platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok
Knowledge of CRM systems
