Marketing Strategy Project Manager

Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and dynamic Marketing Project Manager to drive the success of our marketing campaigns and initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

* Optimize workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and ensure the timely execution of campaigns.

Mandatory Skills & Requirements:
* Strong understanding of marketing principles and the ability to identify and refine issues in ad copy, calls to action, and user experience.
* Proven track record of successfully managing complex marketing projects with efficiency and attention to detail.
* Exceptional organizational skills to maintain quality control across deliverables.
* Excellent communication skills for setting clear objectives, delegating tasks, and fostering team collaboration.
* Strong leadership skills to assign responsibilities and maintain team accountability.

Preferred Skills:
* Experience in the wellness industry.
* Familiarity with digital marketing tools, including CRM, project management, and analytics platforms.
* Creative mindset to enhance campaign effectiveness and audience engagement.
* Understanding of UX/UI principles in digital marketing.
* Agile or Scrum project management certification is a plus.
