Are you a creative and strategic marketer with a passion for building strong personal and agency brands? We’re looking for a Personal Brand & Agency Marketing Strategist to lead the development of marketing strategies, create engaging content, and design impactful campaigns that elevate both our agency and the personal brand of our owner. Your work will play a key role in driving growth, enhancing market presence, and positioning us as industry leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development:
Create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to grow the personal brand of the owner and the agency’s reputation in the market.
Identify and prioritize initiatives that align with business goals, market trends, and audience needs.
Content Creation and Management:
Develop, design, and schedule high-quality posts for LinkedIn and other social platforms that showcase thought leadership, expertise, and value.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between content, messaging, and branding.
Asset Development:
Design branded assets, including graphics, presentations, and other visuals, to support personal brand and agency marketing efforts.
Work with external creatives (e.g., photographers, videographers) as needed to produce standout marketing materials.
Campaign Management:
Plan and execute campaigns for personal brand initiatives, including speaking engagements, webinars, and collaborations.
Manage agency marketing campaigns, focusing on audience engagement and lead generation.
Audience Engagement and Growth:
Build and nurture an engaged online community by interacting with followers, responding to comments, and fostering meaningful conversations.
Implement organic and paid strategies to grow followers and engagement for both the agency and the owner’s personal brand.
Analytics and Performance Tracking:
Use tools like GoHighLevel or similar platforms to track campaign performance, leads, and audience metrics.
Provide regular reports on key metrics and suggest improvements to optimize strategies.
Trend Monitoring and Innovation:
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate fresh ideas to keep the agency and personal brand relevant and innovative.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in personal brand and agency marketing, including strategy development and campaign execution.
Strong content creation and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft posts and assets that resonate with professional audiences.
Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) to create marketing assets.
Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel) for tracking and reporting.
Experience with social media platforms, especially LinkedIn, and their algorithms.
Exceptional organizational and project management skills to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Creative, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
