???? Salary: USD $700/month starting, increasing to USD $1200+ after probation
? Work Hours: Flexible, but must have half of the hours during 1pm to 10pm PH time (our CEO's main office hours, since you'll be working 1:1 with him)

We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Strategist to develop and execute high-impact marketing campaigns, optimize growth strategies, and drive leads for our business.

This is a full-time, fully remote position.

???? What You’ll Be Doing
Develop & Execute Social Media Strategy – Research, plan, and implement a high-volume, high-impact organic content strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and YouTube.
Investigate & Analyze Top Voices – Study what’s working for the biggest names in marketing, SEO, and digital business across social platforms and extract key insights to apply to our strategy.
Content Repurposing Machine – Take long-form YouTube videos and break them down into short-form clips for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts. Extract key soundbites for tweets and turn top-performing tweets into Instagram image posts.
Aggressive Posting & Iteration – Publish high-volume, high-quality content across all channels, analyze performance, and refine the approach based on data.
Quick Feedback Loop – Identify what’s resonating, double down, and rapidly test new ideas based on engagement and analytics.
Collaboration Powerhouse – Work closely with:
- The graphic designer for visuals and branding.
- The front-end developer for website-related projects.
- The media buyer to align organic and paid efforts.
- The SEO & web team to ensure content aligns with the brand’s long-term growth strategy.
- Our CEO as his personal brand fuels a lot of the content, so you’ll need to help refine and amplify his ideas.
Master of Platform-Specific Content – Know what works best on each social platform and tailor content accordingly.

???? Qualifications
MUST: 1-3+ years of experience in marketing strategy, digital marketing, or related fields.
MUST: Strong knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, and conversion optimization.
MUST: Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Canva, CapCut.
PLUS: Experience in the digital marketing agency space is a plus.
PLUS: A portfolio of successful campaigns and strategies.
PLUS: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus but not required.
