What You’ll Do:
- Create Compelling Content: Develop bios, fact sheets, award submissions, and engaging client communications.
- Track Media Coverage: Monitor and update press coverage reports for clients and competitors.
- Stay Ahead with Industry Insights: Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on industry news.
- Manage Media and Influencer Lists: Build, organize, and maintain accurate contact lists for campaigns.
- Support Client Reporting: Organize and contribute to creating comprehensive client reports.
- Assist with Logistics: Provide scheduling and travel booking support, and help manage special projects.
- Organize Media Databases: Keep media tools (like Telum) up-to-date for seamless operations.
- Write and Distribute Press Releases: Craft and send out press releases to secure media attention.
- Engage with Media Contacts: Pitch ideas and stories via email and phone to media contacts.
- Research Influencers and Spokespersons: Identify relevant influencers to enhance campaign visibility.
- Coordinate Events: Assist in planning and executing events, handling details with precision.
- Collaborate with Creative Teams: Work closely with designers, influencers, and suppliers to execute campaign elements.
- Support Client Meetings: Take notes and ensure the team stays aligned on client expectations.
- Contribute Creatively: Use Canva for occasional graphic design needs, adding a visual spark to our content.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in PR or Marketing? Great, we’d love to see it!
- Familiar with Tools like Google Workspace and Telum? Awesome!
- Excellent Communication Skills: Verbal and written (this is a must-have).
- Detail-Oriented and Organized: A sharp eye and solid organizational skills are essential.
- Passion for Digital Marketing: You stay in the know about the latest trends.
- Prioritize and Multitask with Ease: You can handle multiple projects without breaking a sweat.
- Self-Motivated and Proactive: We value go-getters who bring energy and ideas!
