What You’ll Do

Position Overview:
The Marketing Specialist supports Succeed Healthcare’s mission by creating and implementing marketing strategies that drive engagement and growth. This role is critical in ensuring that the organization’s services reach those who need them most while maintaining brand consistency and maximizing ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage content creation, including blogs, newsletters, and social media posts, ensuring alignment with our brand voice and mission.
- Optimise our website for user experience and SEO to improve online visibility.
- Analyse campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Support local and digital outreach efforts, including engagement with referral partners like schools, GPs, and community organisations.
- Create marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and event promotions.
- Coordinate with our Australian-based team to align marketing efforts with strategic goals.
- Monitor and report on client engagement metrics to refine strategies and improve ROI.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in marketing, ideally in healthcare, education, or allied health sectors.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics,

Familiarity with SEO and website optimisation.
Experience in community outreach or referral-based marketing is a plus.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
