15 Hours/Week | Remote-Friendly | Real Estate + Property Management Marketing

Alright, listen up. We’re Hermann London, a real estate team that’s actually fun. Not “corporate-team-building-exercise” fun, but genuinely funny, authentic, and full of personality. We take our business seriously, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously.

And we’re looking for someone who gets that.

We need a Marketing Specialist who’s got creativity, guts, and the kind of energy that makes marketing feel alive—not just someone who schedules posts and slaps together Canva graphics. If you love bold, funny, slightly irreverent marketing that actually works, keep reading.

What You’ll Be Doing (AKA How You’ll Make Us Look Good)
• Social Media & Content Strategy – Managing posts, engagement, and branding (3+ posts/week, stories, and listings).
• Lead & CRM Management – Assigning, tracking, and following up with leads in GoHighLevel (GHL).
• Reputation & Reviews – Automating and requesting Google, Zillow, Facebook, and Yelp reviews.
• Content Creation – Writing 2 engaging blogs per week using AI tools like ChatGPT & SurferSEO.
• Video Marketing – Working with an editor to create 1 long-form & 1 short-form video per week.
• Marketing Analytics & Performance Reports – Tracking what works and making smarter marketing decisions.
• Recognition & Internal Marketing – Creating birthday/anniversary shoutouts, agent recognition posts, and newsletters.

What We’re Looking For (Besides Someone Who Reads This and Thinks, ‘Oh Hell Yes’)
• Social Media Savvy – If we say, “Make it Tootsy,” you should just get it.
• Content & Branding Wizardry – You can write, design, and strategize without sounding like a corporate robot.
• GoHighLevel Rockstar – Experience with GHL is a huge plus (or willingness to learn fast).
• Video & Automation Friendly – You’re comfortable working with video editors and automation tools to make marketing easier and more impactful.
• Real Estate Knowledge (Optional, But Cool) – If you know the difference between a bungalow and a split-level, we like you even more.

What Success Looks Like (AKA How We Know You’re Killing It)
• Video Performance – Are people watching, engaging, and clicking?
• Lead Generation & CRM Activity – Are leads assigned and nurtured effectively?
• Social Media Engagement – Are posts getting comments, shares, and DMs?
• Reputation Management – Are reviews rolling in consistently?
• Marketing Strategy & Execution – Are we making smarter, data-driven decisions?
