About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and proactive Marketing Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, with the potential to grow into a full-time role. In this position, you will play a key role in shaping our marketing initiatives, enhancing brand visibility, and supporting the success of our real estate and mortgage services. This is a dynamic role that combines creativity, technical skills, and strategic thinking to engage with our audience and support our business growth.

Daily Tasks:
- Manage CRM-related tasks and maintain client data.
- Create and design marketing materials, including flyers, social media posts, and carousels.
- Develop and execute social media content plans, including writing posts, captions, and video scripts.
- Write engaging newsletter articles tailored to our audience.
- Design and implement thoughtful client gifts and promotional materials.
- Conduct SEO research and integrate keywords into marketing strategies.
- Monitor and improve performance on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and email campaigns.
- Collaborate on special projects such as market analysis articles or community engagement pieces.

Experience Required:
- Proficiency in Canva and social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and content writing.
- Exceptional writing skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT for drafting and ideation.
- Demonstrated ability to create visually appealing and engaging content.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced knowledge of marketing, graphic design, and social media strategies.
- Experience with Constant Contact, Monday.com, and Google Suite tools.
- A keen eye for design and innovation in digital content.
- Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and offer creative solutions.
